The EV Rider Stand-N-Ride is a fast high-quality compact scooter that is ideal for a variety of recreational and commercial applications. It has a 15 to 20 mile range, reaches speeds up to 15 mph, and yet is easy to maneuver in very tight spaces. The turning radius is 22 inches! It can carry up to 300 lbs when ridden in the standing position and yet can be quickly dissembled into three main pieces that will fit into the trunk of any compact car. The heaviest piece weighs 43 lbs. This makes it the perfect scooter for cruising swap meets and trade shows, or buzzing around campus. Commercial applications include moving quickly around or within large warehouses and commercial or industrial complexes.

The Stand-N-Ride is also ideal for use by pre-mobility candidates as a stand-up scooter or comfortably seated on the optional mobility scooter seat†.

With a powerful 500 watt but silent hub motor, the new two speed Stand-N-Ride scooter easily achieves 15 mph and can easily switch to slow mode which limits top speed to 7.5 mph. The battery can be charged while on the scooter or can easily be lifted for charging anywhere to give you a 15-20 miles range on a full charge.

The Stand-N-Ride comes apart in less than 60 seconds into light weight pieces, tiller, base frame, battery pack, basket and seat without any tools. The heaviest piece is the base with the rear wheels which weighs 43 pounds.  The next heaviest piece is the front wheel and tiller which weights 40 pounds.  The third piece is the removable battery pack which weighs 28 pounds.  The included front basket weighs 3 lbs.  The optional seat assembly and charger weigh only 11 pounds.  

These pieces will easily fit into the back of any compact car making transportation of the Stand-N-Ride a breeze.

The Stand-N-Ride handlebars are quickly adjustable making it easy to ride for people of different heights and children.  The scooter also has a forward and reverse mode. ** Climbs slopes up to 12 degrees when ridden in a standing position. Riders who weigh more than 200 lbs will experience loss of traction when climbing steeper slopes in the seated position (as a result of the electric motor being located within the front wheel).
